I'm Sophie. I can't wait to hear about you.

I am a health enthusiast, a former ad tech professional turned Certified Holistic Nutritionist/500 Hr Certified Yoga Teacher.

I believe that one of the best ways to be the best version of yourself is to first take care of your health - physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally, so you can be the vessel that you need to be to be the light and help others, and make the world a better place :)  

And you have that power within you.

 

Even though I am not always so good at it, and I probably will have to work on this forever, I want to help others to empower themselves to be a better version of themselves - better health, habits, mindset, and ultimately, the best quality of life we all deserve.

Cruelty-free lifestyle

I'm far from perfect, but whenever possible, and whenever I'm aware, I try to make cruelty-free choices; in my diet, beauty products, fashion, home products, etc.

 

i'm not saying that veganism is the only way or the best way to be healthy. BUT!! It can be a very gentle and compassionate way to help yourself to greener habits for your own health as well as the health of others. This stems from your daily choices of fruits and vegetables over processed junk and animal products, your love and care towards other living and feeling and conscious beings and the environment that we all live in. Our choices and actions today will determine whether our children and their children will either get to enjoy or suffer from the aftermaths of our lifestyle.

Again, I'm not claiming that veganism is the only way to health but also, you don't have to be emaciated or undernourished or eat only Oreos or salads.

It opens a door to a whole variety of many delicious recipes. Plant-based diet or vegan way of living has so much benefits not only to the environment, but also to  your physical and mental health if done right.

Veganism isn't a diet. It's a choice.

A choice to be good -

Good to yourself and good to others.

It's a choice to empower yourself.

It is a lifestyle :)
